Take a break from the rush of uni life and recharge your body and mind.

 

Join us every Thursday for a beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you stretch, de-stress, and feel more grounded. Each week explores a different theme, guided by an experienced instructor, so whether you're brand new or have some experience, you’ll feel comfortable.

 

After yoga, stay back for a calming music meditation to help you switch off mentally and reset.

Then enjoy a free veg/vegan lunch with a welcoming student community.
