Vahid (Vahid Mobasseri), an auto mechanic, was once imprisoned by Iranian authorities and interrogated blindfolded. One day, a man named Eghbal (Ebrahim Azizi) enters his workshop. Vahid thinks he recognises him...

Previously subjected to lengthy filmmaking and international travel bans, and imprisoned in 2022 himself, Panahi made this one without the required permission of authorities in Iran in secret. It is just the latest achievement in his long and accomplished career.
