Dear club members,
French Club has invited you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM you will have your chance to run for any of the positions on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to, give suggestions for things the club can do in the future, and enjoy some delicious croissants from our new partners Croissanteria!

The Club Constitution, the Meeting Agenda and the committee guidelines are attached below – these are great documents to go over, if you’re looking at taking up one of the positions on offer. Bear in mind also that you'll have to be a member of French Club for at least 10 academic days prior to AGM.
Even if you're not intending on running, please do stop by as we need at least 20 members to reach the quorum, so this is the perfect chance to show your love and support for our club!
