At the AGM, you’ll have the chance to:

*Please note that you MUST have a valid membership to be able to vote.

The available Executive Committee positions for election are:

· President (X2)

· Director of Administration and Finance

· Director of Internal Education Affairs

· Director of External Education Affairs

· Director of Marketing and Communications

· Director of Events and Activities

· Director of Sponsorships

The nomination form can be found here.

During the AGM, we will ask all candidates to:

1. deliver 1 general self-introduction speech (no more than 1.5 minutes in length)

2. deliver 1 additional speech for every contested position they run for (no more than 1.5 minutes in length) this speech should predominantly focus on the candidate's vision, ideas and/or goals for the specific position.

AGM Elections are a democratic process, therefore, the successful candidate will be voted on using OpaVote, after the attendees hear all candidates' speeches. Please note that candidates running for an uncontested position (i.e., they are the only person nominated for a role), will automatically receive this role, without need to deliver a speech.
