🌸 WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK IS HERE! 🌸

Women’s health deserves to be talked about: from understanding our menstrual cycles and caring for our wellbeing, to breaking the stigma around period poverty and feeling informed about pregnancy and birth. This week is all about creating spaces to learn, ask questions, connect with others and take charge of our health.

✨ And there’s more! We will be giving out free reusable period underwears, plus cater iced coffee, matcha and chai lattes during our Menstruation 101 Workshop and Pregnancy & Birth Workshop! ☕️✨☕️💕

Menstruation 101 Workshop

Learn about menstrual and hormonal health, the four phases of the cycle, period products, cycle awareness and how understanding your cycle can support your wellbeing, work and study.

Get creative, work as a team and help fight period poverty! Together with Unimelb Rotaract Club, we’ll be preparing reusable menstrual health kits for women and girls in communities around the world. ✂️🩷

Pregnancy & Birth Workshop

From finding out you’re pregnant to preparing for birth and navigating life after, this practical session will cover healthcare, pregnancy, birth options, postnatal care, parental leave and support services — with a Q&A where you can submit questions anonymously.
