StAMPS AGM 2026

 

Date: Thursday, 2 April 2026
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Peter Hall Staff Tea Room & ZOOM provided upon requests

At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to, and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.
The agenda with all the activities that are occurring can be found attached along with the constitution which lists all the committee positions available (listed below as well).

Treasurer
Education Officer
Communications and Publicity Officer 

There are also eight general committee members position available.

If you want to nominate yourself for a position, please reach out to the committee's choice for returning officer, Riley Moriss (rmoriss@student.unimelb.edu.au). Note that you must be a member to vote or join the committee (sign-up here). 

We will also be voting on constitutional changes which can be found below.
