Hi WoM members! As we get closer to the end of semester, let's celebrate with a party! Join us as we enjoy pizza and play mahjong 🍕🀄

At 5PM, we plan to do our AGM before returning back to mahjong fun. Here are the committee positions available for nominations for any WoM member. Please note that the role of President, Secretary and Treasurer must be occupied by a post-graduate student. Nominations will open at the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting in-person, you may email us your nomination at mahjong.unimelb@gmail.com with your name, position and a 1 minute speech. The Returning Officer will read out your speech during the election period. The deadline for emailed nominations is 29 May 2025, Thursday at 5PM, late submissions will not be accepted. For in-person nominees, you are permitted to give one speech for each position you are nominated for, with each speech lasting a maximum of 1 minute.

Executive: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
