What's the International Brekkie?

Launched in early 2023, the International Brekkie is our free food program aimed at helping reduce student food insecurity, one of the biggest concerns amongst the student population in the University of Melbourne (per student surveys). The “International” part of our program’s name refers to the eclectic food options we provide, ranging from sushi and Vietnamese rice paper rolls to savoury Chinese pancakes and sweet lukumades greek doughnuts!

Interested in grabbing a bite? All students – domestic and international – are welcome to do so, no registration required! Find our International Brekkie stall running every 9.30 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Gate 6 (nearby Stop 1, the Swanston Tram Stop, and the Sidney Myer Asia Building), and check out the menu on our Instagram Stories, posted weekly. Any alterations to the running of the International Brekkie program, such as location changes due to weather, will also be announced on our Instagram (so if it’s not obvious yet, do give us a follow)!
